About Me
Blake Scott heralds from Nottingham, but travelled a lot with his family when he was growing up, so he feels at home everywhere.
After graduating from the Midlands Academy of Dance and Drama Blake worked at Wicksteed Park for their in-house entertainment before doing a couple of years at Pendle Productions and then on to Disneyland, Paris, as a character host and dancer.
In Blake’s most well-travelled year he did a summer season in Corfu, for Openwide International, and followed it with a Christmas cruise contract on board “Ocean Village” touring the south american seas.
Previous theatre credits include “Octopushy” for Quantum Theatre for Science a couple of Rehearsed Readings in central London, staring role of Peter Pan in Broxbourne civil hall Christmas 2009.
Screen work includes the channel 5 show, “Best Friend Rehab”, and starring in a commercial for Swiss TV, advertising Wild Pig Insurance, playing a half man/half pig, and shot at a ski resort, high in the mountains.
Blake writes and sings his own songs, is a strong dancer, loves Musical Theatre, and has currently finished two contracts with a BBC National Tour of In the Night Garden Live.
Now completed Blake looks forward to returning to his Teaching Roles to inspire and educate the young and aspiring performers of tomorrow as well as his Photography work, Quiz hosting, Presenting and Magic.
